Patient records, appointment bookings, and consent forms are securely stored using Cliniko, a practice management platform used by healthcare providers. Cliniko is GDPR-compliant and uses appropriate security measures to protect your data. How long we retain your data
In line with ARA (Acupuncture Regulatory Authority) professional guidelines, we retain patient health records for a minimum of seven years from your last treatment. If you were under 18 at the time of treatment, records are retained until you reach the age of 25. This applies even if you are no longer an active patient.
Your rights
